i like Oz because it is more violent and is aimed at older audiences than prison break is, so the themes in it are better.

i downloaded oz and it's now sitting on my computer, all six seasons. i am waiting for the right mood to hit me. it's been three months and it still hasn't happened. the same was the case with a friend of mine and after about half a year he just deleted the whole thing lol.

prisonbreak is cool but oz is way better written if you ask me
