so some new tv shows have aired this summer that i've been watching and wondering if anyone else here watches them too.

all of them imo are pretty good shows

first up

Damages
only one episode has aired so far, just this week. pretty interesting show. already in the first episode there are some interesting twists

the wiki doesn't tell much but i think it is worth checking out

another is Mad Men. i'm watching the 2nd episode right now, it just aired tonight. David Chase (sopranos) works on this show. it is very different, about advertising execs in the 50's/60's

great show but i can see how some people might find it boring.

the other is Burn Notice. it is sort of a comedy about a former cia agent who gets dropped by the agency and now does odd jobs helping people. sounds stupid but it is actually a pretty decent show.

yes Damages is the one with the woman from the dalmations movie glenn close i think her name is its on FX. Mad Men is on AMC and Burn Notice is on USA

sofi you have the internet and you know how to use it. all i can really say is that Burn Notice can be found for downlaod on rslinks.org and i think Damages was on there. I found Mad Men at torrentspy.com

Mad Men is one that has to be watched closely you cant watch while doing other things or you will miss important things. similiar to sopranos....i guess you would get that since writers and directors from sopranos work on this show

ive never heard of these shows but on ckw11 aka UPN or whatever theres this new show coming out in october about a muslim living in america with a white family..the preview is hillarious lol...this show reminds me of everybody hates chris...but even funnier

mad men sounds interesting. sounds like the wire, 50s newspaper style lol. it sounds well written. when you say you have to pay attention all the time, do you mean because every little detail becomes a plot point at some point or because there's just a lot of information?

yea i've been meaning to catch that show. lot of my favorite actors are in it

its one of those things were you could miss some back info on a character in one line if you aren't paying attention
