I couldn't fucking believe this when I just seen it on TV.

This guy, Scott, was my housemate for a year. Before I sold my last house, for a year there were two spare rooms which I rented out to help pay the mortgage. Scott was one of them as he was a friend of my sister - him, my sister and my sister's boyfriend at the time were all members of the same breakdancing crew, I would sometimes let them come on stage with me and dance during one of my bands songs.

Credit to him - he always paid his rent on time but he was one messy motherfucker. When he moved out we found all these nasty ass dirty plates and chinese food packaging in his room.

So anyway, he's now on this TV show here called "Britain's Got Talent" which is sort of a X Factor/American Idol type show except the criteria is open, you can sing, dance, do magic, whatever the fuck you want.

Scott entered as a dancer and all three judges put him through and Simon Cowell bigged him up proper. Watch it for yourself. I ain't spoke to dude in months but may have to give him a ring and say congratz on getting thru.

The funny thing is that out of that whole "circle of friends" which I was kinda a part of by default given that they were living in my house, he was probably the worst dancer out of all of them, lol.

I thought he was pretty shit... I have seen far more talented dancers....

And as for the breaking crew from Birmingham (I think).... How shit were they?!?!? They were loved again... I am thinking Britain doesn't get out much... Although the judges are spasticated... And 1 is Piers Morgan... I vote Jeremy Clarkson punches him in his face... and unless Amanda Holden gets her tits out.. I don't see the point to her...

Yeah Scott ain't the greatest dancer in the world, but to be fair, I have seen him do better shit than he did on this show. He's talking out of his ass when he says he's never danced outside his bedroom though, good move to win the crowd over, but he actually dances regularly at a big nightclub on Broad Street (nightclub district) in Birmingham. My sister used to go there with him all the time, and her current boyfriend was a bartender there, that's how they met.

Who were the breaking crew from Brum? I pretty much know all the crews here, most of them suck. I think it may have been Kombat Breakers who were on the show but I didn't see it. A lot of the dancers I used to know here in Brum actually joined crews in different parts of the country because the Birmingham based ones sucked ass. They would go on the train to Leeds, sometimes London, to practice with the crews there who were better.

SCOTT UPDATE! Here he is in the semi-final. There was 24 people in the semi-final, from what I understand, and then 6 were chosen by public vote for the final, he didn't make it through but did a great performance in the semi's, I will have to go see him at his work (it's only 5 minutes walk from mine) and congratulate him!
