illest punchlines/metaphores?

who do ya'll think has the illest punchlines and metaphores in the game (dead or alive)? Or who's most gifted in using word play?

for punchlines and metaphores the names that come up most seem to be... Chino Xl, Ras Kass, Vakill, and K-Rino (although I havent heard much by him)

..anyone doper than them?

just the first name that usually comes to mind when i think of ill punchlines. i guess he is a bit overrated, since being dead and all has a tendency to do that to an artist, but i still think he's dope. Immortal Technique is good too.

I really dont think Technique comes with the wittiest punchlines and metaphores. At times he can sounds a bit cliche, and other times its as if he's using shock value in his lyrics. Personally I think Chino, Rass Kas, and Vakill are untouchable. Infact I'd say Vakill takes the cake but ALOT would disagree with it.

Big L, was a great emcee, his flow was great he had charisma, and his metaphores and punchlines were ill too, but again i cant say that he came even close to the best.

Wordplay is another aspect that I wonder sometimes. I know Chino XL's wordsmith is probably one of the best showcases of that, but then u got dudes like C-Rayz Walz that can use wordplay as if its second nature, and the average listener wouldnt even catch it
