you miss the point he was making tho. i assume you don't make a habit out of sleeping with guys when you first meet them. so let's say you've been dating a guy, and he's the perfect guy for you, you like everything about him. when it does come time for sex, are you going to forget all the other great things about this guy and dump him just because he has a hairy chest? even though he's perfect for you in every other way? i think that's what he was getting at, that there is much more to a relationship and loving someone than how hairy their chest is, and that if you can't be attracted to someone because of a hairy chest, that is kind of shallow.
