It's because Jin
wrote a song about him and Jin rules.
I've seen the videos of his speeches and agree with his morals and principles.
Given that the entire world hates Bush, from a non-american perspective Obama is the best thing that could happen to your country. I don't want to put words in anyones mouths but I think I can safely say that almost every other non-american on here would agree with that.
but what could he do that would be so great for the country? i have yet to see him give any real plan or say anything that isnt mirrored from moveon.orgish types and george soros followers. he does have ties to shady people, but that doesnt really matter too much these days i guess since everyone in politics does. in my eyes he shows no leadership qualities. he is a senator, big deal. that is not leadership. i mayor of a small down in north dakota has shown more leadership than obama. he can speak well and he is a face with a rock star media status. i also have to question his church. until recently his churches website had this on it
1. Commitment to God
2. Commitment to the Black Community
3. Commitment to the Black Family
4. Dedication to the Pursuit of Education
5. Dedication to the Pursuit of Excellence
6. Adherence to the Black Work Ethic
7. Commitment to Self-Discipline and Self-Respect
8. Disavowal of the Pursuit of "Middleclassness"
9. Pledge to make the fruits of all developing and acquired skills available to the Black Community
10. Pledge to Allocate Regularly, a Portion of Personal Resources for Strengthening and Supporting Black Institutions
11. Pledge allegiance to all Black leadership who espouse and embrace the Black Value System
12. Personal commitment to embracement of the Black Value System.
i think we all know damn well if a white canidate attended a church that believed in something similiar but the words "black" was replaced with "white" people would be calling him a racist. so why the double standard?
further more what has he done while in the senate? he made a bi-partisan website. wow.

i mean the idea behind the site is a good one but big deal. the media keeps trying to portray him as moderate when his record shows he is not.
i do like his tactic to come out and admit he abused alcohol, pot, and coke. when it was speculated that bush had used coke he said he would not talk about the topic, which came back to be more hurtful on his image, even if his reasons for not wanting to admit to doing the drug did have good intetions.
in the end though i do not see him getting the bid for the run from his party. he may get asked to be hillarys vp but that is as close as he will get. it would be smart of him to take it because that would boost his experience level way the fuck up there and he would have a great chance of winning in '12 or '16.
