Those old fogies that live right across the hall from you and in your parents basement
If you ever take a few steps outside your bedroom, you might even find your grandparent(s) (yes, your grandparent(s)!) living right across the hall from you, and infact you do remember playing a card game of 52-pickup with your Ganny that day, 5 years ago. She apparently ended up losing the game to you, broke her back over it, and now comfortably sits in her electric wheelchair without ever saying a word to anyone.
You've always wondered why that crazy elderly man living in your parents basement (your grandfather) doesn't say hi to you anymore, and why he always tries to avoid any eye contact with you everytime you ask him to pass the basket of bread rolls at the dinner table. Isn't it obvious?
You need to spend some more quality time with your Ma, Pa, Grandad, Grandmom, Bamba, Honky, Mommers, Nanny, your Big Momma or any other name they go by, just because they might not be their tomorrow. Go ahead and start up that conversation before its too late.
Make it or break it.
Yours truly,
Rahim
