Big Easy will not be made a mod, or a super mod. Why? It has nothing to do with his personality, we are buddies, I like the guy. It has nothing to do with his Michael Jackson-esque scandal.

It is simple, Big E will not be a mod because he has never purchased VIP membership.

From now on, mods will only be picked from current or past (recent) VIPs.

Why? Basically to ensure that they are serious about the site and serious about the job. VIPs want to support the forum and are dedicated and those are the type of people we want on staff.

What if I don't want it automatically renewed every year?

rukas, your threats touch my heart. whilst I'm happy being the underground boss...I'd enjoy supermoddage. I've been a mod on nearly every neighborhood here so I have nothing to prove in that aspect. nevertheless...Ill pay vip and then some...ill drop at minimum 50. just not today I'm in a stingy mood and have been for a couple days. it will be around mothers day since ill be spending for mother and ill b like fuck it might as well go all out and pay my dues on the board. also..with this 50+ I hope to regain my 7 yrs worth of posts. I'm so depressed. even carmi is seeming more powerful than me right now.

I think all VIP's should automatically have enough rep points for 4 or 5 green dots. Or something.

Speaking of that, how come you can't see who has repped you? Is that to avoid misuse of the rep system? Cos without that it's kinda pointless. I want to feel the reward of clicking my User CP and seeing many kind words left by whichever person(s) may have enjoyed my thread, and thus be tempted to post another quality thread.
 
I'm not one to come to the defense of the big pansy eric but I think his time on here should count for something especially pushing for mod status.

vip's a cool, whatever if you buy one you get a couple of different forums to jump in. But unless you start offering prizes or actual stuff for vip's (shirts or hats etc) then I don't see a point in having it. I mean I never bought a vip either, you gave me one for free and even then I somehow manage to be one of the people to actually offer other vip's stuff like album links mainly because there was nothing really justifying people spending their money to actually get a vip.

as for eric, make him a mod for a day or something. keep the bitch happy.
