We take a walk to the store, we see 3 guys, we hide our phones and mp3 players and keep one hand on our weapon of choice (me and my friends favor cattle prods), cos its highly likely if we dont know those 3 guys, they gonna rob us.
And shit, I feel for Militant, I wouldnt fucking live in Birmingham if you paid me. If i believed in god man, I'd pray for you everyday.
True that. And I don't just live in Birmingham, I live in Handsworth which is the roughest part of this city, there's a big race riot been going on recently between blacks and asians, so it deep. Luckily I'm mixed race, so I'm cool with everyone cos no-one knows for sure what I am haha.
But it's deep because, not only is it Blacks VS Asians it's
Black Africans VS Black Jamaicans VS Black Somalians
Muslim Asians VS Sikh Asians VS Hindu Asians (this got bad the other day in Handsworth as a bunch of Muslims dressed up as Sikh's wearing the Karra (steel bracelet that Sikhs wear) and basically started all these fights and beat down some women and kids as well, basically trying to give the Sikh's a bad name), and the Muslims round here are hell bent on trying to convert all the people they can which makes everyone else hate them.
I don't have a problem with Muslims, just these type of ones that think they're above everyone else and cause drama. I know hella cool Muslims too so I don't want no-one here getting offended.
Skinhead Whites VS Everybody
Some areas in Birmingham you can't go because they are controlled by the Neo-Nazi's. Any ethnic people that head that way get kneecapped with power drills for even crossing the borders.
No you are not! Japan or Norway are the most expensive countries i think.
Japan is the most expensive country in the world, then the UK.
And Gotti is right about what people get paid here, as well as people being on benefits. This place is fucking crazy with the government taking money from people. I make £16k a year on my day job working at the BBC (I make more from music but that's mostly under the table lol) and I get taxed nearly a
third of my paycheck every month. Add that to council tax which is another £100 a month, heating, water and rent/mortgage, and you're lucky to have much left over for savings.
I ain't been to university but even most uni graduates only get around £22/23k a month, which you would get taxed even more on because it's a higher tax bracket, so they get taxed around a third of their paycheck as well.
If I didn't have commitments I would be out of this country like a shot. Hence I will be moving to the US at some point, day-to-day living is just so much cheaper, my wife was surprised when she came here and saw how much general living costs and tax are. Basically the free healthcare here is the only advantage.
