That said, we know that they don't have all of the songs, as they said so themselves, so it's plausible that some of them are really in the hands of guys like this.

And what’s more he is suggesting they know that he has them and calls him to buy them. Just makes no sense to me. I feel like either there is more to the story, or less, and he’s not telling the full truth.I originally thought it's because they can't track all of them down. As in, they don't know where they are or who has them. Sometimes maybe they don't even know they exist?
But this guy is basically screaming to the world that he stole them and that he has them all, so I've got completely no clue.
