I kind of think we used to over complicate stuff. I used to count macros etc. Now I just make sure most of my meals are protein, then fats, then carbs usually as a cookie or some chocolate.
Lots of red meat. If you're a man, and you're not eating red meat, you may as well be a woman. The affect it has on your testosterone levels in your 30s and beyond is INSANE. Night and day difference.
