I don't know anyone that plans events/outings via Facebook. Everything gets planned via phone-calls. I only have people on my FB that I have talked to more than once and have a certain comradery with. Shit, I have friend requests from distant family members and I still haven't accepted them, lol.
I have a friend that will add anyone for any reason. For instance, he added one of my friends despite never actually talking to him, else from a few comments on a status update I made. That why he has more than 900 "friends" - that being said, I bet maybe only 50 out of those people would help him move, or even give a shit if he died. lol.
phone calls? how backward are you guys? lol

anyway, it all depends. I see it as a convenient, beneficial tool.

I rarely use facebook. My main use is stalking. Apart from that, I find people are more likely to voice their opinions on FB than they would actually speak them. So I can find out how many people I hate more easily.

Goddamn phones and the capability to talk to someone. Asshole phones.

It can be very beneficial if used for that purpose, but for the most part people just like posting whatever (which I am guilty of every now and then as well).

I was reading in some other thread about the forum being dead and damn that talk is tired. You know how rare it is to have a place like this on the internet. Yeah there aren't thousands of members but what we have is even more special. I don't see how people don't see that, well I guess they do since they're here all the time. So yeah there is that.

WZRD shit would be so much better without cudi

I've read three books in 2012 so far. That beats my last year's number..by three. I'm currently reading Bret Easton Ellis' Less Than Zero. I'm digging it so far.

Lol. It's a very good read. It goes a long towards highlight why the CIA is so dysfunctional. It's very hard to run a secret espionage service in an open, transparent society.
