A movie like juice was never going to get a cinema release in the UK, not in 1990/91. Maybe these days it would with a known rapper in it.It was straight to video. Not in the cinema. Seems we have different concepts of popular.
Even films like "Don't Mess With The Zohan" get into the cinema.
Juice put Pac on the map he wasnt a star b4
with the rest of the shit in this thread its all opinion but its funny how every one is so separate even on 'bad performances' and 'good performances' and start checking IMDB ratings lmao
off topic but its funy 2 me how Puffy is walk of fame for doin nothing and Pac the #1 in his industry and starred in 6? films in less than 3 or 4 available years
but then again the shit dont mean anything,Kobe Bryant has 1 now
I think pac would have become a very good actor, he certainly would have been very very rich through movies if he was still alive. Pac was only doing films for 5 or 6 years, you could look at the first 5 or 6 years of most actors career and find nothing but piss films.
Was Snoop in that movie?
Was Snoop in that movie?
Of course Dre deserved an Oscar. Best Supporting Rapper son. Also Marlon Wayans for Above the Rim. Marlon Wayans, Marlon Brando...I think I see a trend.
How do you respond to critics who say you shouldn’t remake Tupac’s movie?
Man, I’m a Tupac fan. I respect Tupac. It’s nothing like that. I would never try to disrespect Tupac—ever. It was just an idea that I had for a mixtape. The movie is just a movie… You had Game who was in Belly 2. You had a lot of different rappers that were in a lot of different movies. I think they’re saying that just ’cause of who I am, it’s Soulja Boy.

Last year Mark Wahlberg said something that apparently slipped by almost everyone. He compared Justin Bieber to Tupac. As crazy as that sounds Whalberg did say it and it still has a lot of people confused. Back in August of last year Walhberg had this to say about Justin Bieber:
"The world needs Justin Bieber.....Justin Bieber is like the white Tupac. Compared to a lot of people."
