It's been exactly 40 years since James Marshall „Jimi“ Hendrix died. I listened to a couple of songs today and I thought it's worth a thread. Thx Jimi, you truely changed the (music) world. What Pac was to Rap, Jimi easly was for rock or ... e-guitar in general. Anyway. Peace!

lol yeh when i saw it i though to myself "i coulda sworn he died ages ago".

my favourite memory of his music is when the crowd went silent and then the opening riff of voodoo chils start up, and out came HOLLYWOOD HULK HOGAN.
