does the steriod injection help for your asthma? i get it pretty bad, and every year i get it really bad on my birthday for some reason. and its my 21st this year so i dont wanna get it.

Mine is about the size of a quarter and not as deep as the ones in the pix. If someone were to grab my hips from behind their thumb would fit neatly in this little groove. A hip...grip if you will :amuse: I'm gonna market this

It's not a life changing difference no. But usually at the beginning of the spring season it gets so bad that I have to get it. I usually use advair, qvar and symbicort. I don't remember the name of the rescue inhaler but if I use the maintenance inhalers I don't usually need it ever.
I don't know why mine isn't as deep as the others. I've been massaging it vigorously since I noticed it. I thought it was cellulite and was about to have a meltdown...until I googled it and found out it was just subcutaneous tissue necrosis. *phew* that was close.

I hate allergies, my asthma isn't too bad. Waking up every morning and having to clear my nose and throat of who knows what sucks. Imma have to ask my doctor about this shot stuff and ask why he never tried it before
