The old Chrome version wouldn't show search suggestions on Facebook. If I wanted to search for a friend, I would have to type their whole name out as the suggestion box would not show up.

Fixed on this beta.

Is this still the current version? I'm still having issues with the CPU speed skyrocketing when watching videos and loading .gif images on pages. I don't think it needs to be around 174F.

And you're using a Mac too?

I did a dumb thing and I'm running this 6.0 Chrome beta nad Firefox 4.0b3. So of course I'm stuck with the bugs of both worlds.

Running 6.0.495.0 on 3 different OS's right now - Windows XP SP2, Windows 7 and Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid Lynx)....... the latter of which is quickly becoming my favorite OS.

No problems on any of them and definitely the fastest version of Chrome yet.

Maybe OSX just sucks? LOL.

But I would suggest checking to see if a rogue extension is causing problems. Disable all your extensions and see if the problem goes away. Following that I would make a thread on the Chrome forum and see if anyone can help you out. Google Chrome Help

I'm not on a mac. Win 7. Only Streethop seems to affect it.

Yeah, if I leave a page from a thread open for a bit, it'll tell me that the page crashed or something. Weird.

So now Google Voice has become free calls to landlines which pwns Skype in the ass. Just called my buddy through GMail to his GVoice as well. Talked to him through the computer. Pretty legit.

Who knows when that will be. This free calling from Voice using GMail is guaranteed only until the end of the year. It may stay, or it may leave.
