There's only one mod in "Technology" and "The streets" sections. Not that there's that much happening there but there are like 4 mods in "Sports".
I could mod both sections since I visit them quite often. I could also be a supermod if there were no better candidates but I see that there are many others willing to terrorize others with these powers
