Next fucking week :). i have my copy pre-ordered although i wont let myself get really into it until college is over.

Mass Effect was one of my favourite games of all time. I cant wait for this.

You know how I feel. Mass effect is the best game single player game I've played since FF7. I cannot wait for two, but i'm not even going to buy it until this semester is over.
 
I finished Dragon Age: Origins last night (I'm behind in school work because of it... :( ) ... If Mass Effect is anything better than that, I will have to download that game very soon. lol
 
Been playing the game... It freaking rocks. lol. The only reason I stopped playing now is because I have school work to do ... It was somewhat hard to get away from it though. :( lol

did you play the original mass effect first? i think it helps if you do and you can use the character you built up in Mass Effect 2. Mass Effect 2 takes into considerations decisions you made in Mass Effect.

i have my copy pre ordered. i think its out Friday. i dont think i should start playing it until summer lol.
 
I never played the first one to be honest, but I've heard a lot about it and watched an IGN 5 minute recap. lol.

Yes, you can export your M.E character into the M.E2 world. Your main character from the first game is there, but with a small twist. I won't spoil it though.

There are dialogs about what happened in the first game, but it's mostly sum ups and the journal and codex you have gives background info.

It's fun :)
 
I have not seen anyone by that name yet, nor was she spoken about, but when I fuck her, I shall tell her you said hello :) lol
 
^^thats strange. i have a feeling she dies at the start so because she is member of your team at the end of Mass Effect depending on a decision you made during the game. you have a choice at a certain point to go save her or another guy. i chose her because she was hot lol and she is there right to the end of the game.

When i play Mass Effect 2 and i load my profile from Mass Effect, she should be there but maybe she gets killed at the very start or something because i think you can see her get shot in one of the trailers :(

I think you're missing out by not playing number one first.


I too wanna wait till summer to play but after watching all these videos, ads on tv, I have no idea how I'm not gonna play it. Shit is like crack.
 
Yeah, but if I take up the first one and 2nd one, I'll probably end up never getting work done. I already fucked up by testing out the 2nd one, and got hooked. :( ... Now I have 3 essays to write by Thursday :thumb:

So I'll have to manage with playing the 2nd one, and I'll research more of the first to get an idea of what's going on if I get lost lol, but it all seems pretty clear at the moment as to what happened in the first, with the Reapers, the Citadel, etc

No, I know exactly what you mean. I've told people along the same lines as that. lol.

Now, I feel like a piece of shit for not playing the first. lol
