I hate New Years Day

As in january the first. It carries such a horrible day-after idea with it. Don't like it. Don't like it all. Gets me totally depressive.

I still like it. I sleep the whole day. It's 11:59pm and I woke up not long ago.

I disagree. There's a higher ratio of assholes out which creates more fights etc. Next year I think a house party will be the go that way we can control the asshole ratio.

yeah I think I was only on 1 or 2 other parties than house parties with friends. We only used to go out just before midnight to see all the fireworks and at that time it's sweet since everyone's outside hugging and wishing a happy new year to everybody.
There's always a concert combined with a party for people who have no better plans and there are assholes there though. Since I live close by I usually go there just for a moment a few hours before these parties start to see these concerts or artists rehearsing from a close distance before most people arrive to see them. Then there are usually like 150.000 people partying and you can barely hear the music performance and there are idiots firing their fireworks everywhere at random people, throwing bottles and such so I couldn't be bothered to spend my New Year's eve there.
