Casey you do look pretty chubby to me. A lot fatter than me thats for sure, and im a meat eating son of a bitch and sitting around 13 stone.

What are you basing this on though? Nobody has ever said this to me in real life, in fact quite the opposite, I'm scarily thin apparently.

I think some photos can be misleading.

This is a recent photo.

In Toronto rockin some DesiWear gear!

You dont look fat in that pic, but the one on the left your face looks quite fat. Maybe its just the angle. I think its just that you got a chubby face, like if i never seen the other pic, i would have thought you were the shape of something like Big pun.

The background pic? You know what, I made that really quickly using some automated background site and I think it messed up the dimensions now that I compare it to the original shot which is this one:

S-Endz Promo Shot 2009 on Flickr - Photo Sharing!

I'm gonna have to change that.

I do have a fairly wide face I think...depending on the length and style of my hair it's not always noticeable......luckily I'm not averse to plastic surgery in a few years time.

In that pic your face looks slightly chubby, you hardly need to consider surgery lol.

I've always been intrigued by the idea of plastic surgery, not because I'm particularly unhappy with how I look but I because I enjoy the fact that it is possible to have that kind of control over something that, in the past, was out of the control of humans.

I think that nothing is out of the realms of possibility thanks to technology and I enjoy that notion.

Due to being an atheist, the concept of humans being subservient to some sort of all powerful god is something I dislike and don't subscribe to in any form.

I believe that everybody should be their own god, since they are the only ones that dictate their actions. Therefore, if someone want's to alter their face for any reason, I don't see anything wrong with that.

I don't see anything wrong with the surgeries that MJ had, for example. I think he looked better after them (IMO he looked best in 1987, Bad-era)......he just didn't know where to stop.

I never understood why people made fun of him for having surgery. What business is it of anyone elses?

If I woke up tomorrow and decided I wanted to look like an alien, or cover my entire body with tattoos, then I would just go ahead and do it.

I realize that not everyone has the luxury of not being subservient to anyone, most people work under the rules of their bosses or corporations and thus have to conform to certain "norms" of society......I find that to be a rather unfortunate system designed to stifle the individual creative desires of individuals.

That one "compilation" video for Sugarless that you posted made me think you look chubby. It wasn't the face but it was because of the sleeveless shirt. If you never worked out your arms, even if you're skinny, they'll still look chubby because there's no definition. Maybe that's it, I don't know. It's really not a big deal lol.

I know it's not a big deal, I just wonder because I've literally only heard it from you guys, never in real life. I could probably use some arm definition though. They say the camera adds ten pounds so perhaps I need to account for that.

I'm planning a radical image change anyway. Not quite there yet but I'm figuring it out. By the next time we do a band photoshoot....people won't recognise me. I think that's healthy and I think the other guys in the band are feeling the same.

Casey, I have nothing against vegetarians but if you have been losing so much weight because of this diet and are scarily thin, perhaps training is something you should consider? Are you losing muscle too? Cause that can't be good.

And I think it's just your face that is a bit chubby. I know a lot of people who are fit but their faces are a bit chubby. Nothing wrong with that but if you get too skinny you'll look like a bubble head.

Not saying that's what he's consciously doing. But that's one reason someone would and could be very skinny, yet healthy.

The Drawbacks of the Restricted Calorie Diet

Though there are benefits to restricted calorie diets, there are also drawbacks and risks that are associated with following a new diet. Some of those drawbacks include:

  • Risk for bone density loss, as less calcium may be consumed
  • Loss of muscle mass
  • Lower iron levels and a risk of anemia

Those are some pretty big draw backs if you ask me, hardly healthy.

Jokerman hit the nail on the head - I've been conscious of the calorie restriction diet for a while. Rukas those drawbacks don't appy to me - I get enough calcium through rice milk with added calcium, leafy green vegetables etc, I get enough iron from legumes, beans, pasta. Muscle mass is the thing I have to be the most conscious about but that's what I'm working on right now.

When I said I'm apparently scarily thin, apparently is the key word. I personally don't think that I am but that's just what a couple of people have told me. My dad even said that he was basically skeletal at my age also so it's hereditary kinda.

I'm not seeing any symptoms to be worried about health wise. Like I said before my BMI is 22.05 and 22 is the ideal. I didn't catch a single cold or flu in 2009, my immune system is higher than it's ever been.

Jokerman mentioned before that I can go down to 10 stone as a vegan and be fine, so that's what I'm aiming to do.

I feel bad for Rukas :( That's why I don't ask for advice here. I have a zinc deficiency when I DO eat meat. I'd rather eat chicken and oysters than have my hair fall out. It's probably mostly my fault...I'm a bad vegetarian. It's harder for some ppl to maintain a veggie diet.
