So who's seen it? Who's going to see it?

I'm gonna watch it at the IMAX sometime next week. Can't wait.

I was going to go tonight, then I found out it was sold out in every theater I usually go to. lol.

Gonna check it out when it dies down a bit. I heard it was pretty good.

It's James Cameron anyways, what's not to like. lol

Sigh, I agree with you. Visually, it looks almost perfect (even though some of the shots in the preview you can tell it's fake), but it's just not for me.

One of my friends worked on the movie. He cleared the visual effects to be exact.

He said that they put a lot of work to it and Cameron was constantly checking out every part of the whole process of the movie. From the story to the finishing.

I saw it last night in IMAX 3D. Visually, greatest thing I've ever seen. I went and watched Up in 3D but this, this was just amazing. There is a Hubble 3D coming out though...

As far as the movie goes it's a lot better than I think anyone would have thought. The story was good, I'm excited for a second one. You knew waht was coming sometimes but whatever, it was good

I'm still in awe though, I don't want to see another movie unless it's 3D and up to par with Avatar, it's like I was immersed in the jungle, shit was crazy

I think seeing it at the IMAX 3D is the REAL experience....that's how it was intended it to be seen, that's why I'm making the effort to go.

The problem with movie audiences these days is that they are oh so concerned with realness and in return they get uninspiring, grayed-out effects laced with a single explosion filmed from 7 different angles.

Of course Pandora and Navi's are fake. They are figment of Camerson's imagination. This isn't a technical demo. It is an epic journey.

Humans sure do fuck things up. I wish there were some sore of black people in there. Guess I gotta deal with the blue ppl. Great movie though. It is epic.

I loved the movie. Absolutely loved it.

I also enjoyed the connections of various earth species turned Pandorian, current events and other ideas.
