Jogging

Sometimes when I play basketball I get pain in my shins like the bone is breaking.. I seem to get it more when I run on uneven surfaces.. so fuck jogging. I dont mind walking if its like in a National Park or something, somewhere interesting not just the everyday stuff..

When I was younger I played Netball few times I couldn't walk after the game my knee's hated me.



yeah, my leg feels like it is breaking too, it feels like my shin could snap at any moment sometimes.
 
^That's what I scream in my head towards the end of my workouts.






I jog/run 2 miles 5 days a week, takes me about 20 minutes or so.
