So you are saying you are happy to kill others as long as you can text people? You're happy to end the lifes of some ones family? You're happy to kill your friends and family?
Its great to know there are intelligent people in the world like yourself.
You can maybe kill someone just driving everyday normally. One can say you're happy to kill others as long as you can drive your car and not walk? Texting may up the risk of getting in an accident but, to me at least, its not as bad as this PSA and other people make it out to be
^^it does happen. someone is texting. not concentrating on the road properly and may swerve a little bit into the other side of the carriageway clipping another car coming in the opposite direction. Thats enough to cause a bad accident and has happened enough times for them to make advertisments about it.
Yes, but if you are driving safely, an accident is an accident. If you kill some one cos you are texting some one and not paying attention and driving safely, that person dies because of selfishness and ignorance.
Yea I saw that on the news the other day was kind of shocking to me that they'd put something that graphic on the news you know how the government likes to censor shit like that. But either way I don't even use my phone when i'm driving so i'm not at risk.
Yeah I spend more time in traffic jams and waiting on red lights than actually driving but I also don't text at that time just in case the situation on the road changes and I wouldn't notice that.
To be honest maybe I'm strange but to me the driving itself is absorbing enough. Actually it's so absorbing that I barely even change music tracks or radio stations when I'm driving in the city.
You have to focus on so many things that I even hate when someone speaks to me too much while I'm driving. I care about myself, people with me and others on the road. I'm well aware that drivers around me and pedestrians are not always thinking and might do something stupid thus risking my and my close ones lives too. Accidents happen in a few seconds and they can happen anytime. You take your eyes off the road for a second and it might be the worst second of your life.
Most people who gain some 'experience' are the worst. They think that if nothing bad happened for x years nothing bad will ever happen. They stop paying attention when they don't totally "have to" (for example starting on green lights without looking around or not slowing down while driving through crossings) and that's how accidents happen.
Again most people don't know that their life could end in any second on the road and they don't give a shit. People who experienced at least a small accident know how it is and they tend to be way more mature on the road.
