goal.com are notorious for this. twisting quotes and making them into something they are not. I often find myself getting angry when i read some of their headline. e.g they might have a headline stating that such and such wants to leave Liverpool. then when you actually read the article, they havent said that at all and their qoutes were taken taken way out of context just for the sake of getting a story that people will read.

Its just one of the main reasons i hate goal.com with a passion. Its a haven for fanboys who havent a clue about football. even most of their writers havent a clue.

Yeah, there was a big debate about this problem. Finally, if im not mistaken, we are missing like 20 players because the teams wouldnt allow them to play at the tournament.

Of course, Blatter was defending the timing of the tournament.

Atletico had to replace their first choice keeper due to the U20 World Cup, the replacement got injured, so they have to play a youth team keeper. :worried:
 
German's took the lead against the Ruskies. Hopefully they win, rather face the Russians than the Germans should we get to the Runners Up Tourny.

I'm not sure, it's going to depend on the FIFA Rankings that are going to be released after the games on Wednesday.

Also, anyone know where I can watch the Ukraine / England match online for free?

Edit: Alright, I just looked at the seeding, chances are we wouldn't play the Ruskies unless some miracle drop took place for us in the rankings.

Either way, rather see some smaller teams play Russia where they have a chance, against Germany where they'd get mauled lol
