Grey Hair

i'm concerned my hair is turning grey and im not even 'old' yet, more so im not even 30 years old and still get ID'd for buying the occasional lotto ticket, cigarettes or alcohol. i do look young for my age and if i shaved off my goatie i would have more of a baby face. but now my hair is going noticibly grey and i aint even turned 30 yet, i dont mind the fact of having grey hair knowing that my hair is too thick to grow out completely so i will never go bald, it just seems odd to be growing grey hair before being officially 'old'

ive heard that Grey hair is caused by not having enough Iron in your system.

do you worry and are you stressed in life?? that is also reasons for a person to get Grey early.

My older bro was actually losing his hair b/c of not enough iron and stress in his life. Since he dumped that particular broad, he has re-grown his hair back.
