Your input on new design...

Im going to work on a complete new design for the forum and site; it's about that time.

Thought Id ask ya all opinion... Light layout or dark?

I think a darker layout would look better. Looks more organised as lighter layouts can often look too complicated if there is too much going on. Like the work so far though

Light - makes it easier to get away with looking at the site in lab or at work if from a casual glance this site looks like any other document.

I like this layout alot, it grew on me, but I would like to have a dark layout (something like the current one).

Edit: How about brigning back rep points back to go with the new layout? I was one of the people who abused using rep points from time to time (when repping others, and recieving reps), but I do promise to follow the guidlines if it is brought back. I'm sure others would follow as well.

Id go with the dark layout, better for you on the eyes. i voted dark layout.

agree with Rahim, it would be nice to see the rep points back. but only give the rep points back to VIP members. and if a VIP breaks the rules on the rep point system. take away their rep points

The rep system was ineffective and would be ineffective again.

I like darker because it's easier on tha eyes, but overall, I go with a lighter design. Please don't make it too bright :thumb:. Thanks.

i know a lot of forums have this, why cant we in our options pick the layout we like the most between a new dark and a new light layout? cause i can see not everybody agrees.
