Mine are 2pac and john lennon. 2pac is because he was an amazing musician and nice person. But john lennon because he sang for peace. R.I.P.
Sting comes to mind.... but not many influences. I enjoy all aspects of music. No one really influenced me to listen to the music that I do.
The thread itself isn't a bad idea, but it sucks because everyone says the same people, really. Not that it's bad that a lot of people like Bob Marley and Tupac, I guess, but people should just say the ones that aren't obvious. So, in the spirit of what I'd like the thread to be:
