As we're counting down to Wrestlemania, and as i was watching the WWE Special on Sky Sports, where they went through all the past Wrestlemania's, i thought it's a good time to ask what is your favourite Wrestlemania moment/s?

Also on a different note the Bret Hart vs Yokozuna was the worst finish ever. (Where Hulk Hogan became champion, when he wasn't part of the match)

Bret vs Austin WM13 Submission match
Austins first world championship win WM14
Hogan vs Warrior Champion vs Champion WM6
Hogan vs Rock WM18
Guerrero and Benoit celebrating last year WM20
To name just a few!

Damn Im excited about tomorrow night.

If you havent already seen "The Mania of Wrestlemania" documentary which was on one of the WM20 discs then I strongly advise you to check it out.

The first Wrestlemania I saw, I think, was WM14 where Austin beat HBK for the title, and Mike Tyson KO'd Michaels post match. The build up was fantastic, and the match really delivered too.

Triple H tapping out and dropping the title to Benoit and the post-match celebration with Guerrero was also brilliant. Benoit didn't know he was winning the title until HHH actually tapped, and you could see the elation on his face. That should have signalled a major transformation for the WWE, but here we are a year later with JBL and HHH as champions.

According to an interview he gave, they didn't tell him he was going to win the title that night.
Yeah I saw that interview, They were talking about wrestling being predetermined and he said he knew that he was gonna win the Rumble and when he was asked when he found out that he was going to win the title he said he didnt know until HHH tapped out.

Yea i was there for that. The place went CRAZY after Stone Cold won.

man theres so many classic wrestlemania matches i'd be here forever.

I hafta go with Hogan Vs Warrior Wrestlemania 7
or the I Quit Match between Bret vs Austin with Ken Shamrock as the ref. wrestlemania 13 (greeeat match)

Whatever happened to them bringin in celebreties for Wrestlamanias? like Mohammad Ali, Run DMC, Alice Cooper (i think that was at a wrestlemania), Pam Anderson, fuckin Lawrence Taylor, Pete Rose, hell they even had Limp Bizkit 1 year

WTF??

You've been posting about some old school wrestlers before & now you're telling me the first Wrestlemania you saw was 14???

Anyways, favourite Wrestlemania moment would have to be Jake vs Undertaker at Wrestlemania 8, when Undertaker got up after the DDTs.

The thing was, Jake has always been a favourite - moreso than the Taker - but this remains my favourite because it a good end to a really good match.

Warrior beating Hogan was at Wrestlemania 6 was massive at the time too.

Anyways, Jake is a fucknig tragedy. The dude had so much charisma in the ring. The way he'd be sitting after DDT'ing someone, is more entertaining than whole matches that I see now!

Yeah, I got into it late. I had a friend with a whole library of wrestling videos, so I borrowed them on a regular basis.

Jake the Snake was just amazing. Undertaker has all the spooky lighting, graveyard music and smoke, but Jake was by far the scarier of the two. I saw him wrestle at a local wrestling show a few years back, he was a shadow of his former self. He signed my programme though. I say signed; he actually wrote "get me some crack..." but it was still cool.
