Well yeah, but when Dre 'raps' supposedly he sometimes influencing his ghostwriter in what is written.

He kind of like tells them the direction, maybe that's what Foxy did with Jay: tells him the basics of where she wants to go, giving him some ideas & inspiration.

Then again, Jay could let her write her rhymes to a flow he's given her, & then, once she's done writing, edit her rhymes to make them more polished.
