Your Favourite Local Beer

Ok so it's Friday night and i'm sittin at home cause i've gotta write my term paper. I've been meaning to start this thread for awhile so here goes, post pictures of your favourite local beer. It has to be local (brewed within your state/province) so brands like budweiser and heineken don't count. Also, add links to the websites so we can have a better look.

right now i'm working on a clone of becks... so fingers crossed if it turns out it will be my favorite. about $25 to make a couple gallons, yay.

^let me know how that turns out. How long does the entire process take? I bet nothing makes you feel like more of a man than drinking your self-made brew lol.

I've never had becks before but i'll give a try in the near future. Which one do you recommend? I usually like dark brews but i'm guessin the og one is probably the best.

becks isn't a dark beer, but hands down my favorite dark beer is black friar from scotland. it's $10 for a bottle, but it's 8% and carmely as all hell. simply amazing beer. for being able to buy a dark brew locally, harps and belhaven are my choices at the moment.

yeah i understand that the og becks isn't dark but i believe they have a dark brew. i saw it on their website (which is super cool btw.)

oh and anyone ever seen the show on the food network (not sure if you guys have that in the states) that's called The Thirsty Traveler? Dude travels across the globe tryin all kinds of beverages... what a life.
