No offense but in my opinion if you fail your driving test more than 3 times you shouldnt be allowed to drive at all. I mean come on, it took you 9 tries? Im sorry, but I wouldnt be too confident at your driving skills if it took you 9 tries to pass.

i bet theres people you know that drive pretty shitty. but through the course of your late teenage years until now you have gotten in the car with them.
dont judge a person because of that. everybody in this world is different. for some it takes time, for others they can pass the test like that.
I'm sorry but I agree with Rukas. If you fail a driving test more than 3 times in a row you've got be a pretty horrible driver. Don't even throw that "the instructor made me nervous, they were a prick" type bs, what are you gonna do when you're driving in a blizzard or storm? I think you will find i am probably safter than someone who passed on their 1st go as i have more experience.
I have failed for hitting the kerb when reversing around the corner - so how excactly does that make me unsafe??
On my tests i never had any dangerous faults, they were mostly for minor things.

Minor faults lead to bad accidents. No one is a perfect driver, but failing 9 times puts you in a very low catagory and suggests you make a lot of mistakes.
Bad nerves are not an excuse, if you suffer bad nerves under test situations how will you cope in snow, rain, traffic etc etc not to mention when you are stressed about work or a boyfriend or whatever? Bad nerves are not an excuse for failing, they are just another reason as to why certain people shouldn't drive.

I only got the bad nerves when i was on my tests.
Again if i was unsafe or uncapable of driving i wouldn't be put in for my test.
