does anyone remember that generation-x tv series that aired on fox back in the mid 90s?

i was just reading this about gambit in the xmen movies, i thought it was interesting.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gambit_(comics)
Gambit was rumored for a short time to appear in the first X-Men film, but the character never made it to the screen. In X2 his name was seen on a screen among a list of other mutants when Mystique hacks the system of William Stryker for information on different mutants. A cameo of him was also filmed with stuntman James Bamford playing the part, but the scene was cut from the film. An early leaked script suggested that Gambit would be included in X-Men: The Last Stand as a minor character. However, Gambit makes no appearance in the most recent film, although there is one scene in the movie in which Magneto addresses the brotherhood and a man in quite similar fashion to Gambit can be seen standing behind Juggernaut and Kid Omega.

I doubt this project will go down, that link u posted, was created back in January. Plus, Ratner and the two idiots who wrote this script pretty much tried to wrap the series up, by.... X MEN 3 SPOILer!!

Killing off Cyclops and Proff' X. Because now you have Halle Berre, who no longer has no contract obligation, and has stated this was her last xmen movie out. Therefore, her charachter would no longer be leader, without her star calibre. Not to mention storm was never leader in the comic. Arch angel could be leader, but they didn't develop his charachter enough to make that huge jump. Plus he's still only angel now, Apocolpyse eventually turns him into Archangel. The third movie was pretty much a wrapup movie, if it hadnt been they woulld have stuck a little closer to the comics.

Also there making two X men spinoffs in;
Wolverine
Magneto

And fox has stated this is pretty much were the ball drops.

i wouldnt know how, and when i went back and looked at it again, the scene was pretty dark, but there was a person standing behind Jud and Kid. It wasnt any other mutant that i had noticed earlier in the movie. i did notice the person was wearing what looked like a long treanchcoat style jacket, but it is hard to say
i might go see it in the theater and check the credits to see if his name is mentioned.

first, storm was a leader of x-men. she beat up Cyclops for the position in issue #201..I have it, and it's worth BANK

she lead the team for like, most of the 80's, and scott went off to lead X-factor

the x-men movie never really had any deaths...

spoilers...

prof x entered the body of the sick guy in the hospital so he isnt dead. it was a scene after the credits.
scotts body was not found, and really could be missing, as he is always gone or presumed dead in the comics. this also could lead up into the story line 'days of future past'. but this flick is too much of a money machine to stop now..

In the comics Cyclop's goes missing just after the Dark Phoenix saga only to re-appear along side his dad and brother.

Xavier and Jean are alive and well. Xavier is in another body while Jean could do the same shit. Magneto was regaining his powers when he moved the chess piece slightly.

But Apocaplyse, I love this character to death but he is so strong. Almost invincible. If he is in a 4th movie considering it's even made, they should get someone huge like Kane (from WWE) or Vin Disel. Slap a suit on him, get a voice over and let computer and make up technology do the rest. And hopefully he isn't kicking ass the entire movie only to get stopped in a weak way. This is Apocalypes after all.

peace.

I got this from the Wikipedia

Apocalypse is one of the most powerful mutants who ever lived. Apocalypse can alter the molecular structure of his body at will in order to change his form. After exposure to Ship (Celestial technology left behind on earth by a race of space gods) this ability, and all of Apocalypse's other powers, have been enhanced far beyond their original limits. He can alter his appearance or the size of his body; he can, for example, transform his arms and fists into various melee weapons and grant himself superhuman strength and grow to enormous sizes. He also can generate energy, thanks to a combination of his mutant power and the Celestial technology in his body. He has also demonstrated telekinesis, telepathy, the ability to create force fields, project bursts of concussive force, and can augment himself further by drawing on various outside energy sources. Apocalypse also demonstrated the ability to teleport himself and other beings (it is unclear if he required amplifying technology to do some of these things).

Apocalypse's original body was immortal. Even before being modified by the Celestial ship, he lived for thousands of years and was highly resistant to injury. With the Celestial modifications, this resistance to harm was amplified, although it is still possible to cause him injury that would not be immediately regenerated by his power. Should he suffer massive injuries that prove potentially fatal, he can enter a coma-like state of suspended animation during which he may recover from his wounds with the assistance of his Celestial technology.

In the future timeline from which Cable hails, Apocalypse's physical form was no longer able to contain his vast superhuman energies resulting in his original body burning out. Hence, he transferred his consciousness and powers into a succession of host bodies, abandoning each one when it too grew too old to contain his power. This alternate future version of Apocalypse was ultimately defeated in transit from a depreciated body into a potential host body.

Shortly before he transferred himself into Cyclops, he revealed that he was in a host body in the present day. It is not entirely clear when this happened, but the most likely time is when he appeared to die on the Moon.

Aside from his superhuman powers, Apocalypse is also extraordinarily intelligent, a genius with knowledge of science and technology centuries ahead of conventional science. This was not merely a result of his exposure to alien technology, as he was able to make significant new advances beyond the alien materials to which he was exposed.

Can someone tell me what happens in the hidden scene after the credits? The bootleg I downloaded stopped before the credits started to roll.
