I only sport a wrist time-device if i'm on the town. So even if I loose my phone I will still know what time it is.
I stopped wearing a watch when mobile phones were widespread and in use. My phone doubles as a calendar and alarm clock, so I don't even use the alarm in the morning. I don't even buy calendars anymore.
