I have just bought a game via the net called Wrestling spirit where you take a wrestlers career from scratch , design his look and moves etc and take him through his career from local based promotion to world wide organisations , the game is pretty cool and is a change from the usual - Smackdown etc .
There is no action as such but works with a sim based feel a bit like the Football manager games in the u.k. and is very user friendly and will appeal to fans who know how the industry works more so than action fans
There is a free demo on the site to try as well as screenshots , and also a game in which you can run a promotion that seems a lot more complicated .
