I'm a law-abiding citizen, and yes, I would "snitch". It's my responsibility as a law-abiding citizen to report crimes, should I spot them, and to testify against anyone who commited those crimes, doing so with the best of my knowlege, and with utmost honesty. To me, it's one less criminal off the streets. I find it unconscionable for me to do nothing to aid in the conviction of criminals, if I had knowledge of their crimes.
