Woopty doo indeed, stops another football free summer. Plenty of nights in the pub watchin the mighty England take on the World. Genuine world class players playing in important matches at the greatest tournament in the world, period. Even if we don't win it there'll still be plenty of good moments to celebrate with friends, plenty of excitemement and that feeling that this may be our year.

Alas, none of that for our friends living in England 2. At least there's Euro 2008. Only France, Ukraine and Italy to get past there. Oh yeah, don't forget the Faroe Islands, i hear their public were furious when they only managed a draw against little England 2 last time, they'll be out for revenge.

Im only joking ya anyway, i aint one of those scottish people who hates on the english. I like watching england in the world cup, i like to see them do well! Dont get me wrong not to well, the most enjoyable part of the world cup for me is watching england flop, but that's only cuz of the english media, not the england players, or the english people. Stefan, most the English people i know dislike the rags we call red-tops. They are more interested in selling papers than actually promoting and supporting England.

As for Poland, i predict they'll be out in the 2nd round. Don't know who will knock them out though!
