^Yeah, but there were some fucked up circumstances. I don't advise supporting a guy like Arkan at all, he was a thief and a murderer, but shit you know, life is fucked up lol.

The thing with Sinisa is that he's half Croat, but while he was away playing a match, his best friend a Croat burnt his house down or something lol, and his uncle was plotting to kill his Serbian father. Arkan captured the uncle and asked Sinisa if he wanted him dead. lol.

So that has to do a lot with why he liked Arkan, doesn't change the fact he was insane though lol.

The lines of friendship back then were blurred (it was more like tolerated friendships). You can ask anyone that lived in Bosnia or whatever ... In Yugoslavia everyone seemed to be friendly with each other and once the war broke out, ppl just started back stabbing each other, choosing sides, etc

The Arkan Tiger's started out as a group of Red Star Belgrade fans right? and Mihajlovic played for them so thats another connection i guess.

well i originally made that post with the intention of discussing that great West Germany team in 1990 but you werent able to, even though you are German.

Arkan was a director of the Red Star fan support, then Delije members started joining his Tiger Platoon, so yeah.

He must of knew Mihajlovic quite well since he worked for Red Star (At least I'm assuming), it was his favorite player also I believe lol.
 
whatever about his connections and the fact that he was crazy, i liked Mihajlovic as a footballer. very good player. amazing free kick taker.
