To lose O'Shea and Whelan when we did was very bad luck as well.

its not fair for ireland having went out the way they did.

henry knew during that very time they scored the goal that it would be all over the headlines and that he would come under major criticism for his role in setting up the goal. he tried to keep quiet and carry on. i hate france with a passion.

the french could argue that they were turned down a penalty appeal, but that is nothing compared to blantatly cheating for your own advantage.

You're right, not the same ref as in the CL. I saw Norway so I thought... Didn't know they had more than one ref.

Also, I talked to my uncle who lives in Norway he said the following, seriously : "The ref was a Norwegian... there's something more to it."

It's all choppy, but at 40 seconds it's clear. You can even see that he even controls the ball a bit. Generally, if it just would hit his hand, it wouldn't fall in his way, but you can see it's controlled somewhat.

Yeah he definitely controlled it, it was obvious.

A lot of footballers use their hands. Hell I play with my hand when I can too, it's just that you put yourself in a position where the ref doesn't see it... But this was way too obvious and the ref saw it... Both refs saw it.

OMG....I just saw the handball in slow motion on Sky Sports News. That's a sickening way to crash out of the WC Qualifiers. How many of you play football on here? What do coaches in the game mean when they say Henry's actions were "instictive as any football player would have done it".

Henry is a great player but, that's not the kind of football fans want to watch from him.

There was an incident where Anelka dived over Given as they both went for the ball. It was a clear dive. Evra dived in the box in the first leg as well not to mention their constant niggling off the ball. Evra broke Escude's nose with an elbow early in the game. You can be sure that he thought it was an Irish player behind. Filthy tramp.

Lassan Diarra must have fouled 20 times including a few to break up play as Ireland counter attacked. He wasnt even booked.

There isnt a hope in hell we will get a replay but its worth kicking up a fuss over this. Who knows it might get them to bring in the use of video technology in future.
