2002 was bad, but this is even worse. There is so much wrong between the team and that coach. They should've sacked him long before this tournament. That coach is a joke by reading that letter from the players stating they are protesting against the coach.. If he had any common sence he would have refused that act. It's easy to blame the players now. Ofcourse they went wrong here. But i bet the players have been trying to get rid of him since before 2006.
