Today I saw the most impressive perfomance of one team on the World Cup 2006. It was Czech's play. It's amazing how they are strong mentally and technically and how Bruckner make tactics. I feel sorry for the Koller. After 8 months of absence he didn't deserve this. Baros is injured too but the Czechs seems hungrier then ever.
U.S.A. team played poor. Without idea and without passion. I expected more from them but at the end, Czechs are much stronger team.
Italy plays like Italy. They are the luckiest team on the World. Their opponents always make stupid mistakes. But, Italy played well, not defensive which is improvement. They had problems in team since Del Piero and Totti have issues. Alex wanted to play but Totti demanded to play even he's not fit. He win. Personally, I'm on Alex's side.
Of all African teams on this World Cup Ghana have the best ball control and passing. But, the lack of decent striker made them often harmless. For those who criticized Kingston (Ghana's goalkeeper) he showed that he's solid. Anyway, Ghana is strongest in the midfield and, generally speaking, very fast and tough team. Kuffour made two mistakes. It's clear why he's not the captain anymore. He could even be the second player sent out.
Referees are in crisis today. The Brazilian guy didn't want to give clear penalty to Ghana when Guiyan first time fell. De Rossi used both hands to stop him. And another display of latin hypocrisy was when Iaquinta was fouled. He was faking serious injury and while still on the ground he was screaming and looking with one eye to see if referee will give red card to Ghanians. He was taken outside the pitch but he miraculously reconditioned and quick returned to game. Later he scored.
BREAKING NEWS: Vidic won't play for Serbia against Argentina. He injured himself while training.

Agreed with troublesome. The refs are having problems. They either call for the smallest of things, or miss out on the biggest of things.
Czech Rep were awesome today, Rosicky definatly on top of his game.
