Hello everyone. Alright so Im wondering if someone can give me some suggestions on a diet or a workout plan that I could follow to build muscle. Im a 17 year old, moderately active with running, situps, pushups, mild weight training about every other day during the week. Im 6'2 weighing in at about 200 pounds so Im a pretty big guy. Im looking to build more muscle because I do have the fat to add muscle and to bulk up. What kind of diet should someone my size/age follow, meaning calories, carbs, fat per day to bulk up and get bigger.
