SicC said:going to be a laywer right? Kinda will be doing tests when you take casses though. A lot of work to put them together and what not from what I understand, I know you will have assistants to help you but really it boils down to how much you have reasearched the cased taken notes etc...almost like a big essay exam.....

Court cases can take years whereas in exams you are given a set of facts that you can only answer in a couple of hours which is why I disagree with our mode of assessment. Court cases and the judges decisions that follow are the result of careful consideration and analysis of the facts and precedent not simply how much info you can quickly remember and spew over a few pages. Most likely though I wont practice law.
