ok, this one took me a while to write...so i thought i better share it!...its essentially a story of a mans life told backwards...until the point where he realises he has been talking about himself the whole time through his "word play"...anyway, read it...you'll get the idea...

Word Play - 19 December 2005

so DEAD, hes deadLY!, left as dead as the dead Sea..
-scrolls be.. seen scrolled up so gently..
..yet mentally his mentality is meant to be gathering
his mean state of reality, is it really his reality?
..or is it just unreal?...man, it just has to be!
..& its sad to see him glad to be gradually graduating
from a universal university, thats universally known..
-for being different ..ah whats the difference?..
..maybe he should defer -referring to the differences
..that aren't listed, but still they make sense..
in the sense of being paid for in cents & honor..
..& the horror of not having dollars to pay for it
-its often offered in the off-sense of "worth"
he's not worthy? ..man, its all just words!..
-but i guess for what its worth he's adverse to it..
writing verses, and versing himself, before he Vs
himself.. in itself is oneself; WAIT, thats me!
waiting to be waited on in different ways, i see..
-"hes" using Word Play as an escape from things!
 
That's creative. I like how it flows like a rap verse. It's like he started trying to get money, then he's in school, and then he dies suddenly, while he maybe was a poet the whole time.

Yeah this is how I imagined a poem called 'wordplay' - a funny lil piece, but not too deep - on the other hand, has every poem 2 be deep? I don't think so.....

hehe thanks menace, yeah not too deep...but its still got some deepness to it i think, like it tells a story....which is kinda hard to do when your mindset is on doing a word play peice..

i notice with all ur poems theres a lot of thoguht goes into them
