Looking for something good, reliable, looks nice, black and rechargeable.

budget is £40 or under:

Found this one:
http://www.okobe.co.uk/ws/product/L...rd+and+LX700+Mouse+Black/1000004273?ref=1q4bs

The Kikatek website says this about the product:
OEM - Hardware Product Information: This product is an OEM - (Original Equipment Manufacturer) package, and the licence governing the installation and use may not convey the same rights as a full retail package. OEM - product packages may not contain the same printed documentation or any bundled application software, driver software or hardware components which form part of the full retail package. Prospective purchasers should make themselves aware of any such restrictions before purchasing.
Also, any idea how long the batteries last (on average) before they have to be changed?

Thanks.

If I were you I'd go test them myself. If it comes to keyboards it's always best to check them out before buying them because everyone likes different things. I know that I almost exclusively like Logitech keyboards but sometimes I will find a cheap 5$ one more comfortable than a 100$ one.

thanks. in fact, i've just found a nice looking Logitech MK300 (£24.99) at PC World (a store i can actually go to and see for myself):

http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/logitech-wireless-desktop-mk300-03868670-pdt.html

i don't really like the rounded ones... - prefer the squared edges - and It's cheaper in price too.

I just read on the PC world website that when the Logitech MK250 is "Optimally used, the keyboard can last for about 15 months before the first battery change, and the mouse for 6 months".

Also this Logitech 920-002997 for £24.99:
