I lived in Mostar (Bosnia-H.), Split (Croatia), Zagreb (Croatia) and Quebec City (Canada).
I'm going to move to Lille (Next to Paris, France) in January for 6 months. I'll see how that goes, but up until now, my fav. places were Mostar and Split.
Very mediteranian like. Relaxed place, you can get drunk in the streets alone and 5 minutes later you meet someone you know. Party outside the whole night then wake up in the morning jump in the sea or the river and start a fresh new day. Beats everything.
