Why was my thread moved?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but I was just wondering why my thread, "Some Canibus for Y'all" was moved from Only Built 4 Download Links to VIP Downloads? I was gonna post another song someone was asking for, but I can't cuz I'm not a VIP member. Can anyone explain this please?

Everything that is posted in those forums is moved to VIP after 24 hours. I understand if you didn't hear this from them before. I think it would be a good idea to place something about this in a sticky in that forum, if it hasn't been done so already.
