Why don't you post in the Chatbox?

I often see many members online and posting, but then don't go in the shoutbox to even say HI. Not very friendly. It's a good way to relax and have some fun, get to know members. Unless it's tommy, he's the same in every section of this forum.


So why don't you go to the box and shout?

Honestly, sometimes i forget there is a chat. When i stalk people and see their current location is mcg chat or something, i go in there and see if anyone is in there. Usually there is no one so i leave again.

Chatbox needs to be improved, its needs to be more of a chat function. A user list needs adding so you can see who is there, and the refresh after 5 minutes needs to be disabled.

Chatbox is a tool for talking to people. If you are bored of the chatroom, you are bored of the people.

I'm always there when I'm at the computer which is always at night after work and sometimes when I'm off work. Next time wait fucking five or ten minutes for someone to reply cause I don't stare at the chat box all day.

anyone remember irc? who ever connected to an irc server and joined a few channels just to close the program five minutes later? you stay on, check back every now and then and maybe you'll catch someone online.

in 2007, any person who has used computers enough to find a messageboard, make an account there and start posting, should have sufficient tech knowledge to know that only a fucking sucker browses without tabs. open the chat in one tab, leave it there, browse the forum in another, check by the chat every now and then while you are browsing, and when you aren't gonna be on the boards anymore, THEN you can close the chat. that is, if you want to be in the chat, which i assume everyone does since everyone's bitching about low activity.
