I have a 40gb ipod and use it for about 6 hours a day. Its full to the brim and its fucking great!!! If I had to buy another mp3 player though id get the new sony.

Actually the ipod is a little better than the new Sony. I compared. Sony is a little heavier, bigger, and harder to use.

hey one of my friends works at an electrical retail shop holla at me as long as you have not physically smashed the hard drive ie if the hard disk icon is showing i can give you instructions on how to get it working again via diagnostics resets. also i prefer the sony it has a great battery life. my 4th gen 20 gig ipod gives me 8 hours if i don't play about with the menu. also i hate not having a remote control and can't be bothered to buy one as they are crap and should come as standard
