Either weed isn't for you or you haven't been properly high or you haven't been in a proper situation where you could enjoy the high.

In my opinion you can't judge weed until you really know it. A lot of people who say weed don't know it properly. It's not like getting drunk. Getting drunk is very simple to enjoy.
