considerin that was 5 years ago, i would say so... he hasn't done anything since then, and has only averaged 4 yards a carry only once since his rookie season.

meh there's a reason he didn't start all those years though, if you can't beat out Thomas Jones and you're below Cedric Benson as well in the depth chart, i just don't see how someone's supposed to have a breakout year when they were nothin more than a no.3 running back for year after year

what the hell are you talking about??? jones and thomas were on the same team only once in 2004 and they split carries the way a normal 1-2 RB duo normally does.... benson wasnt even around in 04 as thomas leftafter 04 and joined the saints... out of the 3 full years that he started on any team, (01,02,03) two of them were 1,000+ yards... and the bears fucking sucked back then.... those three years are somewhat comparable to jones last three years... jones may edge him out a bit...

my takes:

matt schaub: improvement over David Carr, should help the Texans but their o-line sucks

joey porter: over-rated, dolphins just invested too much money into an over-the-hill player. no surprise in that though.

willie mcgahee: until baltimore got him they were having a shitty off season so this helps make up for alot of that

thomas jones: solid pickup for the jets, deal should work for both teams

domonic rhodes: he went from superbowl to OAKLAND? hahahaha

ahman green: good luck getting any yards behind your o-line
